WARNING: Avoid Jump Ropes:)

I've been attending strength training classes every Wednesday and the class this week didn't go so well. We had several "stations" that we had to go through, nothing to scary. The least of my worries was 1 minute of jumping rope. Boy was I wrong! A few jumps into it and I had a horrible pain rip through my knee. I've been out for two days because of it and really, really bummed!

  1. I can't jump rope cause of my knees. I want to walk normal. As much as jumping rope is good for us I like walking much better. There are other cardio things to do.
